In January 2013, after two very fruitful and action-packed years in Delhi, Becoming I branched out to Chennai, Tamil Nadu!

The very first project was Project Leap, for which we tied up with the Chennai wing of Teach for India. We entered 10 low-income schools and helped schools students develop skills in music, dance, art, theater and sports.

Over two years since, we have successfully concluded five incredible Phases of Project Leap and have our eyes on the next phases, where we plan to widen our impact, both in terms of classrooms reached and value added in each one of them.

At the same time, we have concluded the first phase of Project Enable, which had been successfully completed in both New Delhi and Bangalore.

In Project Knock Knock, we have done our bit in the implementation of the Right to Education (RTE) Act, assisting the eligible children in getting the admissions they deserve, through valuable coordination with the Directorate of School Education, Chennai.
