Project Knock Knock

The Right to Education Act is an act proposed by the Government of India which mandates a minimum of 25% free seats for children belonging to weaker sections and disadvantaged groups (EWS) in all private unaided primary schools. Project Knock Knock aims to bridge the gap between the economically weaker sections and the access to wholesome education for every child born in this secular country, by sensitizing people and communities about it. In the months of April and May 2014, we will, through a large group of dedicated volunteers, reach out to all stakeholders so the government-stipulated window of May 3rd-18th for admission under this Act is maximized.
